Amazon cannot escape collective bargaining

Amazon has again been engaging in unlawful salary practices, according to French unions.  Amazon’s management has been attempting to misclassify and, therefore, wrongly remunerate its staff. France’s Commerce sector trade unions, as well as employers’ organisations, have voted unanimously to call on Amazon to respect collective agreements, which define the right of employees, especially regarding their remuneration…
