Representatives of professionals’ and managers’ unions from across Europe are getting together for the UNI Europa P&M Conference. During the two-day online event, they will be discussing the priorities for a “new normal” in the aftermath of the initial period of the Covid-19 emergency. As well as that, delegates will be discussing AI and priorities to achieve decent work in a digitalised working life. Following elections of the leadership for the next term, participants will be exploring best practice for organising with professionals and managers in a digital world.
