Algorithmic management, automated surveillance, biometric screening… These are some of the realities associated with digitalisation that working people are increasingly facing. Along with these changes, new forms of mental ill-health are emerging. UNI Europa and Comisiones Obreras Servicios will be meeting MEP Estrella Durá Ferrandis (S&D, Spain) who is the European Parliament shadow rapporteur on Mental Health in the Digital World of Work.

She will join unions for a 45 minute conversation on this topic. José María Martínez, General Secretary of CC.OO Servicios, Spain, will lead the conversation and moderate a Q&A. The conversation will be streamed live in English on UNI Europa’s Facebook page and in Spanish on CCOO Servicios’ page, where people can submit questions in the comments during the conversation.
