The survey is addressed to trade unions and employers who are either jointly or individually involved in <strong>preventing<\/strong> <strong>gender-based violence and harassment, domestic violence impacting the workplace and third-party violence <\/strong>as part of broader health and safety measures. Of the two surveys, one is targeted at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/UniEuropa-TradeUnions\">trade union officials and members,<\/a> the other at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/UniEuropa-Employers\">employers organisations<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>objectives <\/strong>of the survey are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate the impact of the pandemic on gender-based violence in the world of work and on female workers,<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the impact of European social dialogue instruments and occupational safety and health legislation and regulations (European and National levels) on the building awareness and tackling violence and harassment affecting women in the world of work,<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate psychosocial risk factors of third-party violence and teleworking, especially the impact of \u201chome being the new workplace\u201d including the consequences on mental health\/wellbeing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The survey is addressed to trade unions and employers who are either jointly or individually involved in <strong>preventing<\/strong> <strong>gender-based violence and harassment, domestic violence impacting the workplace and third-party violence <\/strong>as part of broader health and safety measures.<\/p>\n<p>Make sure you participate so that the voice of those you represent is heard.<\/p>\n<p>The survey should take about 15 minutes to answer.
