To compensate for the loss of purchasing power due to inflation, ver.di is demanding 2.80 euros more pay per hour, higher functional allowances and overtime bonuses from the first hour of overtime with a collective agreement term of 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>The Management Committee of UNI Europa, the European services workers\u2019 union, stands in solidarity with striking airport security workers. We support their trade union ver.di\u2019s legitimate demand for a raise in wages that compensates for the high inflation of the past year.
