The overall objective of this project is:
- to identify how unions in the finance and ICT & business services sectors can respond to the new form of work organisation of remote work, also from the gender perspective;
- grow their representativeness;
- strengthen social dialogue and collective bargaining, to negotiate agreements at social partner level.
UNI Europa Finance and ICTS will commission a study looking at the above, whose findings will be presented in two thematic workshops to raise awareness, train and exchange good practices on organising and social dialogue in the context of remote work as well as its gender dimension.
