The general objective of the project is to improve the relevance, quality, and accessibility of lifelong learning opportunities for the professionals of the audiovisual (AV) and live performance (LP) sectors across the European Union.
The main tool to achieve this general objective will be the dissemination, promotion, and implementation of the Framework of Actions on skills adopted by the European social partners in 2022.
To further promote the shared values, common objectives, and joint commitments put forward by the FoA, the project will also support the collection and dissemination of good practices through a network of key partners: national sector skills councils, professional associations, and education providers from different EU countries.
Finally, the project will allow for a maintained and structured contribution of the European social partners in the governance of the large-scale skills partnership in the Cultural and Creative Industries ecosystem under the Pact for Skills.
