Through this project we can support the industry of live performance and film and TV production and work practices that ensure the health and safety of the workforce and provide them with work-life balance and sustainable careers.
We will specifically look at key themes such as:
- quality of work;
- health and safety at work;
- anticipation;
- preparation;
- management of change;
- restructuring;
- reconciliation of work and family life;
- healthier and longer working lives;
- decent working conditions.
This project will provide workers’ organisations with crucial information on the changes that have taken place in the industry and on the shape of the industry now that we are emerging from the Covid-19 crisis. This will support them in collective bargaining and provide key information on what is needed to ensure the rights of workers in this new working environment.
