This initiative seeks to improve the knowledge base of worker representatives in pertinent areas that are included in non-financial and ESG reporting, including the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), and enhance their capacity to advocate for human and labour rights considerations.
Furthermore, it strives to assist worker representatives to broaden the scope of their EWC agreements and global accords in Property Services, Health and Care, as well as Graphical & Packaging sectors to encompass clauses specifically addressing corporate sustainability and human rights due diligence.
