Human rights due diligence legislative initiatives are being won across Europe. These provide opportunities for a better application of workers’ fundamental rights.
UNI Europa has put together a trade union toolkit on human rights due diligence. It provides guidance for worker representatives on how they can use legislative requirements to assess the due diligence of their company. The toolkit can be downloaded in English , French , German , Italian and Spanish .
