Removing barriers for self-employed workers to bargain collectively

Due to the interpretation of EU competition in certain countries, millions of self-employed workers in the European Union are excluded from collective bargaining protection. As part of its work to change that, UNI Europa has submitted a response to a recent EU Commission consultation on the issue.
