COZZ (Central European Organising Centre) was the first organising centre to be established in 2016 and now has a team of more than 20 organisers. They focus on Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. COZZ is an open resource for all European Trade Union Federations on a project basis to grow unions in central Europe.
